It’s a quest that I’ve always felt called to…the quest to build the most well put together, classically inclined, forever wardrobe. It started many years ago when I penned a little blog called “my perfect tee.” In continues in my daily life through my clothing brand Eli & Barry. With this goal, the goal of a classic/minimal/everyday wardrobe in mind, I wanted to share a few items that I have on my wishlist.
From a quick glance, you can see a few themes come through that many people deem “classical” wardrobe items: tons of black, white button-down shirts and dresses, black shoes, and a touch of denim. But what I love about these specific items is that they feel like the fit with my personal style as well: I love oversized pieces, things that are a bit unique, pieces that are sculptural and a little different, but still wearable enough for everyday.
